Like previous annual SSCC congresses, also SSCC2024 offers opportunities for its participants to share results of research and development by either oral or poster presentation.
To this end, the congress committee invites you to submit abstracts. All abstracts will undergo reviewing by the scientific committee.
Authors are kindly invited to submit their abstracts on the submission platform only. Abstracts submitted by fax or e-mail will not be accepted.
Please read the submission guidelines carefully.
Deadline for the abstract submission is Thursday, May 30, 2024 at the end of the day.
Submission guidelines
- Abstracts need to be submitted and presented in English.
- Please pay attention to correct spelling, as there will be no proof-reading/corrections. The abstract will be published exactly as submitted.
- The abstract text body is limited to 2500 characters (about 300 words, including spaces).
- Please provide three to seven key words at the bottom of the abstract.
- Abstracts that have already been presented at other congresses within the last 18 months except former SSCC congresses may be submitted. However, please mention this in the submission.
- Standard abbreviations are accepted in the text. Unusual abbreviations must be explained in brackets when the word first appears. Do not use abbreviations in the title.
- The presenting author is requested to provide her or his full mailing address (including e-mail address) for all correspondence.
- Please indicate your preference for oral or poster presentation by ticking the appropriate field
- The decision of the scientific committee regarding the kind of presentation will be communicated to the authors by mid july the latest . Organizational details will reach the authors in due course.
- Authors, whose abstracts are accepted for presentation, must register for the congress and pay the registration fee.
